4. Website Copyrights: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the exclusive property of our company and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.

6. Shared Package Bookings: When booking a shared base package, please be aware that you may be traveling with other passengers, including bachelors. We strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our clients.
7. Health and Safety Recommendations: For your safety, we do not recommend dune bashing for pregnant women, young children, individuals with back pain, or those with heart conditions. Please consult with our team to find suitable alternatives that meet your needs.
Privacy Policy
1. Payment Processing: We use the secure payment gateway “Stripe” for all transactions. Stripe ensures your payment information is encrypted and safely processed.
2. No Storage of Card Details: We do not save any of your debit or credit card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe, ensuring the highest level of security for your financial data.
3. Data Protection: Your personal data is safe with us. We do not sell, share, or use your information for email marketing or any other unauthorized activities. Your privacy is our priority.
Refund Policy
1. Notification Requirement: To request a refund, you must inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled service via our official email or our service provider’s WhatsApp number.
2. Refund Processing: If you follow the notification rules, our company will deduct a 20% processing fee from the total amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to you within 10 to 20 working days.
Cancellation/Additional Policy
1. Increasing the Number of Persons: If you wish to increase the number of participants (e.g., from 10 to 12), you must pay the rate per additional person and inform us at least 2 hours before the service.
2. Decreasing the Number of Persons: If you wish to decrease the number of participants (e.g., from 10 to 8), you will still be required to pay for the original booking quantity.
3. On-the-Spot Decrease: Any decrease in the number of participants made on the spot is not refundable.
4. Kids Policy: Children under 3 years of age can join the tour free of charge.
5. Baby Seats: If you bring a baby seat, you will need to book an additional seat for it.

First and foremost, our driver cum coordinator, Mr. Hussain, played a pivotal role in making this trip an absolute delight. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly made us feel at ease throughout the entire adventure. Mr. Hussain was not just our skilled driver, but also a knowledgeable guide who shared fascinating insights about the desert, its history, and the local culture.
The tour itself was nothing short of incredible. The feeling of freedom and excitement as we navigated the sand dunes was something I'll cherish for a long time. Additionally, we were treated to a captivating camel ride, which added a touch of traditional Arabian charm to the experience.
The highlight of the safari was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunset over the golden desert landscape. Witnessing the sun setting over the horizon, casting a warm glow over the dunes, was a sight to behold. It made for the perfect backdrop to our evening in the desert.
